South African National First Division side Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila fc have signed Burundian international forward Lauditt Mavugo on a one year deal from Tanzanian side Simba Sc.
Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila coach Sello Chokwe admitted last month that he was interested in signing the 28 year old comparing the marksman to Zimbabwean Tendai Ndoro.
“Tshakhuma is a great club with good players and I am happy to be part of the club.It’s a great opportunity for me to better what I did in Tanzania.I will work hard to help the team to achieve their goals which is to get promotion in the Absa Premiership League” Mavugo told Soka25east.com
The Limpopo based outfit turned to Mavugo after losing lead striker Themba Ndlovu to Absa Premiership League side Black Leopards.
Tshakhuma have been busy in the market,bringing in new players in an effort to improve on last season struggles.They started the campaign well,but ended up having to survive on the final day of the season.
