Kenyan Premier League (KPL) giants AFC Leopards, have advertised for the positions of head coach for the senior and junior teams.

The advert, posted on the club’s official website, indicates that the applicant should be at least a Uefa License A holder on a Caf Level A license holder and should have at least five years experience coaching at the top level.

The salary is set as negotiable while the club notes that experience in handling African teams will be an added advantage.

Coaches should have the ability to:

•Motivate players

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to and maintain good working relationships

•Use time efficiently and effectively

•Forward plan (ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team)

•Develop an appropriate level of technical knowledge

•Observe and analyse skills and make improvements

•Make use of appropriate equipment and adapt if necessary

•Evaluate all coaching sessions
